Nabaiji Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on or using the nabaiji platform at nabaiji.today, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and nabaiji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the nabaiji platform.

These nabaiji Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus participation and customer support interactions. They apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access nabaiji.

To register and play on nabaiji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

Nabaiji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the nabaiji cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits to your nabaiji account are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Nabaiji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general bonus rules apply to all nabaiji bonuses:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Only one bonus may be active on your nabaiji account at any time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

If you believe a game result on nabaiji was incorrect, you may raise a dispute by contacting our support team within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. Nabaiji will review all disputes fairly and respond within 5 business days.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nabaiji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the nabaiji platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the nabaiji platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the nabaiji platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing nabaiji staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

Nabaiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against nabaiji.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Player request for self-exclusion under nabaiji's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, nabaiji reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
